One 2 Hour Childbirth Education class – we will discuss in detail the common progression of labor, signs and symptoms, stages of labor, goals during each stage.
One 2 Hour Birth and Postpartum Planning discussion – we will determine what your unique goals are for your labor and build your birth plan from there. We will also discuss supplies you might consider for postpartum, bodyfeeding basics, and newborn care basics.
